My loan officer, At the Columbia, Maryland branch, was attentive and very patient as we were using Carvana where I purchased my car. That was an awful situation and she handled it quite well. Thank you so much.
Not helpful. Brushed off after there was an issue instead sticking by my side to help. Didn't even have class enough to say goodbye when I walked out the branch.
Rocky road at first with job first paycheck deposit time, but relatively smooth sailing since. Annoyed they wouldn't grant me a loan when my credit is supposed to be good, but aey. Lori is great.
