Melissa is absolutely brilliant. I have gone to Mel on and off over the years as issues have popped up and she has genuinely helped me every time. Mel will take the time to listen to you and work her way backwards until she figures out what you need. I always leave my appointments with Mel feeling like I'm actually about to get real answers and real help. Highly recommend her online and in person sessions!
I would really recommend Melissa as I have been to her on two occasions in the past four years and she fixed me up as I followed her advice and took all the supplement s and incorporated the excerises that she recommended and the results where amazing and I got better.
