We did an aerial class with Shannon for a 40th birthday and it was so fun! Perfect girls outing for lots of laughs and a good workout. Highly recommend

Love that Shred With Shannon offers different type of classes, including floating meditation (so relaxing and refreshing) and kids aerial play. My son loves the aerial play and asks when he can attend next! It’s a must try!
