I've had Mike at my house a few times over the last year due to an aging/failing furnace. He is always very professional & respectful, finishing his work in a timely manner. He finally had to replace that furnace today. The entire company went above & beyond to make sure we had heat before the winter weather set in, I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done in the area. I am so thankful for API! Mike got here and right to work and figured out what was wrong in no time. He went to get the part and had it fixed so quickly. I am very thankful for them. Highly recommend.
Dustin was amazing. He checked everything and fixed all the issues and explained it to me. Very knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up after he was done. API does amazing work and staff is amazing to work with. Price was great. I wish I could give 10 stars.
