API property management is the worst rip off there is they embezzled hundreds thousand of dollars, trashed our property, impounded our vehicles, and turned our life into hell in our property. Mill Livingston, the Manager, is a menace to all management business and to all of us.
API Property Management has been fantastic. As a landlord, I have had many bad experiences with property management firms throughout the years. I can honestly say that API and the staff are hands down the most dedicated professionals in the business.
I have used API Property Management for a little over a year to manage my property. The entire team shows professionalism and attention to detail in any matter related to the care of my home. They promptly respond to communication and take care of issues as needed.
