I recently bought a late model Lexus GS300 - my dream car! - and unfortunately, it required a little more repair than I had originally thought to get it to pass emissions, plus some engine concerns that weren't going to be covered by a recall. When you consider that API offers a 12 month/12,000k warranty on their services, that should speak for itself. Nevertheless, I experienced straight forward answers, courtesy, and professionalism from Mr. Dave and his staff. Dave and his API team are fantastic. API does an incredible job maintaining our 2 vehicles. Their professionalism is excellent and extends beyond just the labor and service. Dave provides exceptional communication from the first call for an appointment, during service with updates, and a few days later to follow up. Their prices are honest and fair and I've never felt over-sold. I highly recommend API and look forward to our continued service with them.
