No after sales. They will charge you if and when you request a technician from them to check your unit whether it’s working or not. Right now looking for a alarm co. With a good reviews and move.
If you are considering this company, I would highly recommend that you do not use them. We have had terrible experiences with them. The customer service is very poor, and that’s if you hear back from them at all as it is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone there. Our first issue was that our vehicles were broken into on two different occasions and the camera didn’t pick up any of the motion even though they’re pointed at my driveway, which left our vehicles damaged and no leads for who had done it. this company will not respond, sends me invoices and collection threats for 10 months despite not living at the property and dozens of attempts to reach out to them to cancel. noone replies, responds or acknowledges my requests just more threats and more invoices. after months Manji from receivables calls me back and assures me my account is cancelled. then I get more collection threats and notices I have not lived at the home for nearly a year!!
They installed a very complicated system in a seniors home three years ago. It has never worked properly since the install. Calling and getting through to someone near impossible. I myself have left messages to get a technician over but I have never got a call back. The only time I was able to speak to someone, I got no help or advice. This to me is senior abuse!! Holding her to a five year contract with no assistance or care except for ensuring they get their $65.00 monthly 😔
Chris was very thorough and courteous and left the place clean after all his work. He took the time to explain the equipment and made sure everything was tested. Also, Chris was very comfortable with our dog!
