No idea why I received an invoice mentioning that I own them $409.78, I NEVER use your company and service at all! The invoice is looks weird, come with the Toronto address and Manitoba phone number. Scam?

We just had our security system upgraded to G4. Chris from API was friendly, professional, extremely patient and excellent to deal with. We are very pleased with his service.

We recently were moved from Fluent to A.P.I. and so far they have been really decent to deal with. The technicians have shown up when they said they would and did the work they said they would do.

We have NEVER been a customer of API Alarms, then out of the blue we get an invoice. I call them thinking it's a mistake, they insist we are in their system so it cannot be a mistake. But it is, as we've been with Oakley Alarms for the past 5+ years. You cannot justify sending an invoice just because "we are in your system" as clearly they are not monitoring our home. We suspect we are "in their system" because previously we were with Protelec who then sold their residential business to API Alarms, but we chose not to engage... read more
