This company works with Fluent Homes and both companies are straight up scammers. They refuse to cancel and give you the runaround for months and never give you clear directions on how to cancel. They’re both disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Clearly a regular problem with this company. I finally was able to cancel my service for a property not needing security and still they took an extra payment which I cannot get back for whatever reason. Not to mention I was locked into an additional three years over and above my original contract without my consent. Zero stars.
Fluent has been great. API the other hand is terrible. They opened a new account under my name at a whole different town and charged me monthly for it. Expecting me not to notice. Now giving me the run around. Blaming it on fluent but it’s them being sneaky.
This company is an absolute scam with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their system does not work. They said our panel requires a software update, which we have not received, and it has been over 6 months! Our panel has errors that can't be cleared due to the update required. When we call, they want us to pay for service technican to come out! Their customer service reps refuse to help and have hung up on us. AVOID this company at all costs.
