As a warehouse employee at API International, I can vouch that we hold our quality and service to NOTABLY high standard here. That may seem standard, but when the "grunts" are noticing it, that really means something. I have personally altered shipments at the last minute to suit customer needs, and rejected purchased inventory that simply wasn't up to our standards--and so has every other member of our team.
