Friendly staff and amazing service! I called last minute and they were able to fit me in the same day. Karen is wonderful, so professional and truly a perfectionist. My shellac manicure turned out beautifully, and I really enjoyed chatting with her. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Honestly the worst manicure I ever had. It took all of 15 minutes and it was a half-assed sloppy job. It took longer for my nails to dry than the manicure itself. The tech was stone silent and it became clear that she rushed to be done because, in part, she had a client after me. I am a hard-working person and my nails are not that of leisure. I guess if you're not well-off you don't deserve to feel pampered. I hope the tech enjoys the 20% gratuity she didn't deserve!
Very nice people and great service
Update: the quality of work has really gone down in the last year. Before then my pedicures would last four weeks and now they chip in the first week. They sued to take the time to paint the tip of the nail and now they don'. It feels so rushed now. I am sad that after over ten years I just don't think I can come back here. I have been going here for years. They always do a good job and the place is always kept clean and ventilated well.
