Had an emergency with a pair of dress pants a day before a wedding. I called Aphrodite and explained the situation to her. I was able to drop off the pants and they were done the next morning. She was very understanding and kind. Will definitely be back for future alterations.
Ms. Maria took my thrifted LARGE silk dress and transformed it beautifully to fit my PETITE XS size. I am a 5’1 100 pound female, if that doesn’t tell you that she will TAKE CARE of you i honestly don’t know what will. She is worth the price and honestly for the downsizing she had to do, the type of material (Silk dress again), NOT TO MENTION, it was done in LESS THAN 24 HOURS, to only pay what I did is an absolute blessing. Maria at Aphrodite Designs is FANTASTIC! I went to her for wedding dress alterations for a very intricate dress and she went above and beyond my expectations. All alterations and additions we made were even better than I pictured. We decided to customize my veil with extra fabric we had from the dress and she did incredible. I would recommend her 10x over for any alterations you may need, especially for a wedding dress!
