I think this is literally my first negative review ever; I usually give the benefit of the doubt, assume the best of people, and understand that I only know my own side to a story. But this is not the case with Aphix. I honestly feel a duty to warn people to not give this company a penny. Man, where do I even begin?? For context, I work around but not with Aphix. During my commute at around 8:40AM on I-40 East one of the company trucks for these people went swerving through traffic at roughly 85-90 mph. The truck tailgated me when a big rig made it impossible to switch lanes, and once I did switch the Aphix truck floored it, cut me off to get around, and continued speeding down the freeway. Nobody’s lawn is more important than a life, get better drivers.
Terrible company to work for! They only care about the people in the office if you work in the field they will take advantage of you! Work you into the ground for very minimal pay. They also don’t care about your safety at all! I drove a truck with out proper brakes all season just to be treated like dirt come winter. I highly recommend going to another company for any landscape needs and save your time and don’t ever work there!
They mow with the grass exhaust aimed towards the cars. Even if your car is freshly detailed they will blow grass all over your vehicle. All they would have to do is now a the other direction and this wouldn't be a problem. Instead they covered ever vehicle in my neighborhood with grass and the street.
