From all my previous classes whether Bls, acls, pals.. some place has to be on the bottom, and this would be it. Wont go back. Instructors knowledge could be better. The odd interaction, where I get it sometimes people dont like someone, but if it gets out of hand.. Annnnnnd somehow I missed the notice I should bring electronic device to pass exam.. Awkward. Two stars as a thank you for making class available during weekend.
I've worked with Adam and APHE for years now on training for ALCS. Every time, the instructors do a great job making the course relevant to our needs. The instructors are also friendly, on time, and respect our time. I'd highly recommend!
Learned a lot in this class and appreciated the group learning not just individual learning.
They hold your BLS certification hostage for the full allowed “10 business days” to process (…what process?!? The test and certificate are online!) your certification. You have to pay $10 extra to get it “expedited”. I know it’s a sham because the AHA doesn’t get the $10 fee. And after I paid it (13 days after the class! But only 9 business days) the cert arrived WITHIN 20 MINUTES! Ha. They had it waiting the whole time. It used to be that within 2-3 business days, they’d send you the email with your cert.
