Water was pooling around our driveway due to a drainage problem. Their CCTV drainage survey revealed a collapsed pipe, which they fixed quickly.
Woke up to a weird gurgling noise coming from the bathroom. Went in and saw the toilet water rising instead of flushing. I knew it wasn’t a good sign. Called for emergency drain repair, and they arrived fast. Found a major clog in the main line and got it cleared out before things got worse.

Absolutely superb, I made the initial call as my 93 year olds outside toilet was leaking and not flushing properly, I spoke with Joanne ( the plumber's wife) and she was excellent, she arranged for him to call the next day, I explained that she lives alone and that she is deaf and cannot hear the doorbell, her carer is with her from 9.00am to 1.00pm, so he needed to be on site between those times, the following morning at 10.00am he arrived, identified the problem and changed the faulty part, resolving the issue.
