The entire team at apgfcu Edgewood are so awesome! Everyone that I encountered there is so nice and such a pleasure to do business with I highly recommend having them take care of any if not all your financial needs.
First time going into the branch and McKenna Tracey was a very big help to me with her customer service and showing me all my options I was not aware very awesome lady ! I don’t recommend the call center them people never help.
The day after my dad died unexpectedly, I forgot to transfer money from savings to cover two payments that hit my checking. Because MY DAD DIED AND I WAS GRIEVING. I went in person to this location to ask them to please waive the overdraft fees as I was in the process of closing my checking account anyway. They refused. The "customer service" person who refused to help me did not even bother to say "I'm sorry for your loss." I was treated like trash. Worst bank I've ever used. If a payment hits and you have money in savings to cover it, but not in checking, they will overdraft your checking, pull the money from savings to cover it, and hit you with an overdraft fee. I've never had a bank do that and the one I switched to doesn't. Asked them to close my account or at least put a hold on it and they continue to just hit me with fees.
