Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very helpful in setting up our account.
This was one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve had. I waited an unreasonable amount of time with barely any communication from staff. The lobby wasn’t even busy, yet no one seemed able or willing to help. There was a gentleman in the office who wasn't helping. The assistant manager is rude and she is very condescending. Very poor leadership. It’s clear this location is disorganized and understaffed, and customer service is not a priority. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be moving my accounts elsewhere.
Awful experience. Applied for a loan and was approved after providing all supporting documentation and credit. Drivers license. paystubs, buyers orders and so on, all of which clearly showed where I live and work. I was emailing with a rep from loan closing who also saw all of the supporting documentation. I was told to set an appointment with a branch to finalize paperwork the next day. Exceptional service and staff. Will highly recommend and they actually take time to deal with you and your questions/banking needs. Just truly exceptional service!!!!!
Would give zero stars if possible. Ridiculously slow. I mean at least 15 minutes at the drive through per person! They refused to give me a secured $5k loan! (Secured with my own $5k.) Now they keep asking me if I know they do loans. Really? I’ve been a member for 40 years but soon leaving. Harford Bank is the best! (And they actually remember my name!)
