This was one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve had. I waited an unreasonable amount of time with barely any communication from staff. The lobby wasn’t even busy, yet no one seemed able or willing to help. There was a gentleman in the office who wasn't helping. The assistant manager is rude and she is very condescending. Very poor leadership. It’s clear this location is disorganized and understaffed, and customer service is not a priority. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be moving my accounts elsewhere.
Awful experience. Applied for a loan and was approved after providing all supporting documentation and credit. Drivers license. paystubs, buyers orders and so on, all of which clearly showed where I live and work. I was emailing with a rep from loan closing who also saw all of the supporting documentation. I was told to set an appointment with a branch to finalize paperwork the next day.
