We woke up this morning to no hot water and after calling the APG office, the new system was installed the same day just after lunch as promised. The plumber and electrician were in uniform, well-presented and polite. Everything was explained in layman's terms and after completing the job, the area was left spotless. I can highly recommend this company. Just having a tradesman turn up on time makes a difference. We will certainly use this company again.
Very friendly fast service. Called at 7:30am and left message requesting a hot water system replacement by 7:45 Soraya had called and booked for the afternoon. I expected someone would come and assess and then return a day or two later to install. Kade arrived early to the scheduled appointment had a look gave an estimate of price and by the end of the day the job was completed. Cannot express my gratitude enough. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Thank you!
They were great. When receiving my call and understanding my water tank had an issue, they got to me on the same day. The worker (sorry I forgot the name) was very understanding and explained before he started what he was doing. I highly recommend the business. Marcus
