First visit went really well. I was nervous because of the break in my lower leg. Tony talked me through each step in the process. I was able to do all the exercises he gave me. This evening I was able to complete all the exercises at home. Day 1 complete. Now icing and elevating my leg.
Apex is a very good place for physical therapy..Chantel is professional and caring as a therapist.
Great day 1 and can really feel the work being put into the back muscles that I need to strengthen up. Very friendly staff!
