The therapists are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Their financial practices are awful. I met my out of pocket maximum but the front desk staff tried to continue to collect copayments for my visit. I ended up contacting the corporate offices to provide direction to the staff member who had said “it’s not my job to check your insurance”. It actually IS your job.
