I would like to file a complaint regarding the Woolbright Rd center in Boynton Beach. I have no issue with the medical staff, who have always been professional, but the front desk would benefit from being more diplomatic and customer‑oriented. I had to cancel an appointment on the same day due to a personal emergency. The receptionist immediately informed me that I owed a $35 penalty. I was surprised, but I paid it. The are professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Would definitely recommend them!
I really liked the DPT, Mark who performed the consult. The other physical therapists, however, were not the best. They give you an exercise and then look away to type their notes, not checking on form. Front desk told me it was 1-1 physical therapy but it was not in the end, as the physical therapist had about 2 patients at a time. I’ve been to top-tier physical therapy clinics and although everyone is very nice here it’s not the best physical therapy clinic unless you are looking for basic care.
MARK,ADRIAN &YASMIN ARE TOP NOTCH!!! I would highly recommend Apex therapy to anyone. I could not be happier with the outcome. I had a knee replacement and if or should I say when I need the second one done there will be no questions to where I will go. It Will be APEX NETWORK PHYSICAL THERAPY!!!
