I broke my leg back in February and have been recovering with Apex.. the staff here is super friendly and they know their stuff! With my Insurance blue cross, everything was very affordable as well. The best part for me is the staff doesn't push you like a drill Sargent. They always check to make sure your not pushing yourself to hard. Couldn't recommend a better place!!! Jasmin and the rest of the staff where nothing shy of excellent!

I would like to file a complaint regarding the Woolbright Rd center in Boynton Beach. I have no issue with the medical staff, who have always been professional, but the front desk would benefit from being more diplomatic and customer‑oriented. I had to cancel an appointment on the same day due to a personal emergency. The receptionist immediately informed me that I owed a $35 penalty. I was surprised, but I paid it. The are professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Would definitely recommend them!
I really liked the DPT, Mark who performed the consult. The other physical therapists, however, were not the best. They give you an exercise and then look away to type their notes, not checking on form. Front desk told me it was 1-1 physical therapy but it was not in the end, as the physical therapist had about 2 patients at a time. I’ve been to top-tier physical therapy clinics and although everyone is very nice here it’s not the best physical therapy clinic unless you are looking for basic care.
