I have been to other physical therapy groups and Apex is the best..being greeted at the front desk to the therapist. Jasmin was superb listening to me and applying his knowledge. I feel better after weeks of therapy. Thank you all!
I broke my leg back in February and have been recovering with Apex.. the staff here is super friendly and they know their stuff! With my Insurance blue cross, everything was very affordable as well. The best part for me is the staff doesn't push you like a drill Sargent. They always check to make sure your not pushing yourself to hard. Couldn't recommend a better place!!! Jasmin and the rest of the staff where nothing shy of excellent!

I would like to file a complaint regarding the Woolbright Rd center in Boynton Beach. I have no issue with the medical staff, who have always been professional, but the front desk would benefit from being more diplomatic and customer‑oriented. I had to cancel an appointment on the same day due to a personal emergency. The receptionist immediately informed me that I owed a $35 penalty. I was surprised, but I paid it.
