RecommendedVery nice staff and very professional, although I'm still having problems with my shoulder. They were also supposed to send the bill to my lawyer and sent it to my insurance instead. That has caused some problems.
RecommendedMostly stretching and mobility exercises with a little strengthening. Simple to do and easy to remember for home use. I especially liked the deep tissue massages to break up the knots.

RecommendedI am so happy a friend recommended Apex and I got Tom as a PT. I’ve been working with Apex for a year, after having a massive Ischemic Stroke my previous place wasn’t paying attention to my needs. Tom was able to get me to walk with confidence and do many other daily activities and out of the box skills so I can live my life without the fears I had. I’ll always be grateful to Apex and Tom. His team is pretty wonderful.
