Excellent and dedicated staff.
I just called to make a therapy appointment for a broken spine. I don’t know who was answering the phone today on7/28/25 @ 1:30pm but whoever it was; was very rude and doesn’t have any respect for calling customers. I asked if there was any availability for Tuesday or Friday she said no. I asked if there was anything for next week she said no. I asked when the next open availability would be. 10 out of 10 recommend! Everyone was so inviting and personable, from the front desk to the physical therapist and assistants! Even the other patients are warm and welcoming adding to the atmosphere. Never a dull moment and truly feels like a family while also working to get you to your goals! Thank you to the Greenacres location staff (Alicia, Elaine, Ryan, Josh and Patrick)!!
