RecommendedI had a good experience there they are great
Mostly stretching and mobility exercises with a little strengthening. Simple to do and easy to remember for home use. I especially liked the deep tissue massages to break up the knots.

Great place to rehab! Wonderful and knowledgable staff!
I have been to Apex now for three different problems - foot, shoulder and knees. Have received tremendous help and kindness all three times. Highly recommend Apex and especially Chad although everyone there is super qualified and terribly understanding and kind.
