The workers were great. The job took longer than original told to start. Getting a hold of a person about the job very hard. The 2 windows measured wrong and we had to wait 3 weeks to get them in. The workmanship was great. Happy with the windows
Very responsible staff and installer. The install took two days, one to tear out the old and one ten hour day to install. Cleanup each day was complete. All parts worked well together.
Ryan and Paul did a great job on my shower installation. Other than the platform being a bit too wide (small design flaw, in my opinion), the shower looks great. Ryan kept me in the loop on progress and asked me questions along the way to make sure it was to my liking. The dust and smell was unavoidable but they did a great job in cleaning up each day and putting down a floor protector. I contracted with Apex on 7/3/24 and paid a 50% deposit. All my questions had been answered and I felt comfortable proceeding with a company that has been in business for 30 years. Installation was 8/28 to 8/29/24. Apex did nothing to contain the bathroom and it was incredibly messy with dust on every surface of my bedroom from ceiling to floor and an overwhelming smell that I was assured would dissipate. The installers were very neat and careful of my art work and fixtures. They cleaned up after they were finished. It took two days to complete. They arrived on time and put everything back in place when they were finished.
