The quotes we got to replace were eye-wateringly high and we just needed a a couple of panes replaced and wooden sashes that were rotten and damaged from water. Estimate was free and communication / coordination was smooth. They came and measured when I accepted the quote. Project: Replace all three Glass in my Bay Window. Comments: First I'd like to say do your research before buying a new replacement window. Mike came on time to provide me with a quote and was very responsive with the time frame of when the installation will be. The installer Ryan and one other guy (sorry didn't get his name) were also on time the day of installation. Before starting the job they laid down a cloth trap to protect my floor.
