Disorganized and mediocre service. I booked an annual physical and well women’s exam and put those notes when booking the appointment. I checked in at the front desk, and even though I had provided my insurance information, i am asked to provide it again on a check in tablet with patient forms. The entire check in took 45 mins from the time I got there to actual being taken inside. Inside, the nurse asks me the same questions that I already filled on my patient forms. I have started 6 months wellness program with Dr Amina back in Dec 2025 and have seen great improvements in my health. Dr, Naveed and her staff is extremely cooperative. They make sure that you stay on track. I would highly recommend her especially to people who are exhausted by regular healthcare system and want to be taken care of on a personal level.
My entire family recently switched to Dr. Amina Naveed, and our experience has been very positive. She is thorough, attentive to detail, and excellent with follow-up. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. Dr. Naveed is truly an outstanding physician. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and has excellent bedside manner. From the moment you walk in, the office feels welcoming and professional. Her staff is respectful, organized, and very attentive, which makes the entire experience even better. It is rare to find a doctor who combines excellent medical expertise with genuine care for her patients, along with such a wonderful office team.
