Faulty machines & expired products. Snacks get stuck all the time and would charge more than the advertised price.

Awful. IF you can reach anyone at this company, good luck. They don't respond to calls or voicemail. They don't keep in contact with their customers at all. They don't refill the machines when you call them, they do it on their time! Our machines are old, outdated, and the products are not filled on a regular basis. The choice of products is pedestrian at best. If you lose money in the machine, they don't care, they NEVER respond. The choices on the drink machines don't match the products.
