Probably the best supplier you could ever use. Nothing is ever a problem and they literally go out of your way to help you anyway they can. I cannot recommend them enough. Chris and his team are fantastic. They got us out of a real big pickle. They gained a customer for life. 🫶
I had a very small home project and thought this wouldn’t be big enough for a supplier like Apex to be interested in. I was completely wrong. Matt was extremely helpful on the phone and worked out the best product for me and had it ready and waiting when I came in to collect it. Great service, highly recommended.

Visited Apex for a 6mm pipe and they said they don't stock that size but when they checked they had some and they cut the length I was looking for right there and then. I can't fault them very helpful and I will keep them in mind if I need something they can supply in the future.
The young gentleman behind the counter was very helpful , knowledgeable, when I asked him for a gate valve handwheel. Other places turned us away with comments like "sorry I've never heard of that bit" or "no don't stock it as it's a specialist part and it will cost you hundreds". Apex came up trumps for less than £13 pound . Well done Apex and especially the gentleman behind the counter (forgot to ask for his name), will definitely be using them again
