I had a nightmare situation happen to me days before closing on the home I was selling. I huge pine tree cracked near the base and it fell and got caught by neighboring pines. If this tree fell it would cause major damage to either my home or my neighbor's. Was able to schedule the work quickly and they showed up promptly on the morning and started removal of the tree. It was near power/phone lines, however this was not an issue for them. They had tree down and removed from property in few hours. Great team, highly recommend!
