Horrible joke of a business. Asked for a quote for grinding a couple of small tree stumps and was told he’d take a look. Been over a month now and never got any response. If a job isn’t worth it, too complicated, or otherwise infeasible then you should at least have the audacity to tell your customer you can’t do it. Overall horrible experience, would NOT recommend to anyone.
Had a tree that was struck by lighting, called Apex and they were out the next morning to take it down. Worked through the rain to ensure the tree wouldn’t fall. Great company, professional, proficient and worked with a sense of urgency.
Initially I was just getting a quote to get an idea for the future. Jared called to get details of exactly what I wanted done and worked with me so I was able to get a tree removed next to my house before the root destroyed any plumbing. He kept me updated between our initial call until the service was completed. They did a great job and I would use them again
Very nice work. Cleaned up the yard when they were done. Great communication throughout the entire project. Really appreciate their hard work.
