I am so happy I started seeing Alex for medical massage and strength training. Back story I have 2 injuries one in my neck and one in my lower back. I suffered for 3 years in pain went to so many Drs tried so many medications nothing worked. Alex had hope he could help me and I trusted him and Feel great ! I’m back to working out and getting fit with no pain.

I joined Apex back in June and I wish I had joined earlier. My wife joined shortly after… Effective group workouts or private classes, that are design to make athletes out of all of us.
