A good place to go to train, exercising is excellent for the mind and body. There is a trainer who explains the exercises very well, he doesn't waste time and as soon as you finish one exercise he starts the next one, I liked that part. He clearly saw that my first language was not English and he was always patient and explained the exercises to me. I recommend going when he teaches classes if you don't speak fluent English. I don't remember his name but he has a red car. I liked going! The place is clean and pet friendly.
