I had a pickup from Amazon at Apex Tools. There was a small delay with loading, but the staff made up for it with their great attitude. Everyone was very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even invited me to join them for lunch, which was a really nice and unexpected gesture. On top of that, they gave me a gift as a way to compensate for the delay. You don’t see this level of customer service often. Really appreciate the way they treat drivers. Highly recommend Apex Tools!
Apex owns the Weller Company. Weller sent me an email stating they would diagnose and possibly repair my older weller soldering unit. I sent the unit to north Carolina via UPS. After 2 requests for Weller to confirm the unit was received i was emailed that the company does not repair this model. i doesn't seem from the wording of the email that it was ever diagnosed nor looked at. I have customers waiting for me to use this unit for their repairs. Not good. not pleased. I hope they rectify this for future customers. buying a... read more

All the numbers you find for this group will either go to a busy signal or send you to a an automated transfer system where you will end up at a busy signal dead end. If you bought one of their products and it failed, throw it away and buy someone else's.
