I’ve been using GearWrench tools for over 8 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever needed to use their warranty. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. If this is how they handle lifetime warranty claims, I’ll be spending my money on another brand that actually stands behind its products and honors its warranty.
pretty slow loading over 3hr.
I had a pickup from Amazon at Apex Tools. There was a small delay with loading, but the staff made up for it with their great attitude. Everyone was very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even invited me to join them for lunch, which was a really nice and unexpected gesture. On top of that, they gave me a gift as a way to compensate for the delay. You don’t see this level of customer service often. Really appreciate the way they treat drivers. Highly recommend Apex Tools!
