DANGER!!!!!! I bought a house from Open Door Property Trust and they used Apex Title. I found out Apex is owned by Open door. Fast foreword to now, I am trying to sell it and the title companies will not close it because it was purchased at a tax sale several years back and the title company did not file all the proper paperwork.
