Worst experience with a closing ever. Should have been an easy transaction. No issues. Both parties came to a simple agreement. No mortgage companies involved. The closing officer did not return phone calls. Emails are spotty. It took almost a month to get a list of buyer fees. That alone should have told me all I needed to know. But, they are local and sadly the closing company I in town in the past without even a hiccup no longer does closings.
