Took my truck in for repair. Long story short the manager Austin is aggressive and a bully. I have been here before with no issue but came in today and wow. . Would not recommend this shop/ If he could act and talk to a grown man that way i cant imagine how he would treat a weaker person or hove dishonest dealings.
Took my truck in for repair, Long story short the manager Austin is aggressive and a bully. I have never felt the way i did today at the julington creek location. I have three businesses in the area and understand employees and customer service. If this manager would act and talk the way he did to a grown man i cant imagine how he would treat a weaker person and or have dishonest dealings.
