It's my second visit to Sat and I'm already feeling a difference in my body and muscle tension is reducing. He's great at what he does. He explains things properly, answers any questions I have (and that's a lot!). He knows his stuff and is very professional. I previously saw another Osteopath who'd charge the same and get you out within 10 minutes! My body did not heal. Sat is a knowledgable guy and is passionate about his profession. I tore my rotator cuff a couple of years ago and have seen various physio's. Although my injury improved over time, the underlying problem was still there and was preventing me from training as well as still causing me pain on a day to day basis. After a handful of weekly sessions, my shoulder/ upper back pain has genuinely disappeared. I would genuinely recommend his services.

Body felt amazing after my first session could not believe the change. His knowledge has being so informative and I can't praise Sat enough! The treatment plans he designs are considered holistically and makes plans suitable for your needs. It has helped me so much and couldn't wish for a better osteopath to see.
