Brett was our service guy that just came out and we want to say he was amazing first and foremost he was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on our gas fireplace and answered all the questions we had , next he was very respectful of our home he took his shoes off at the floor , made sure he put his drop cloth down in his work area , used his shop vac made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly.
