Love this place. Apex strength might not be the biggest gym around, but that’s actually what I like about it. It’s a small, local spot with a really friendly vibe—zero intimidation, no egos, just good people trying to get stronger and feel better. The owner is friendly and down to earth which makes the place all the better!
Great place to train. Very experienced coaches that can assist with your fitness goal. Boot camps are full of fun & energy. This place has a great community atmosphere with everyone welcoming and supportive of each other. Highly Recommended!
