RecommendedWow! Apex Shed is awesome. We decided to go with Apex shed solely off of their reviews & product pictures. They started building the shed yesterday & finished today. When they left we went out to check it out. We weren’t happy with how the doors looked. They were slightly off & there was a pretty decent gap between the doors. This is my first shed from Apex Shed Company and all I can say is, wow! The customer service has been top notch throughout the entire process from helping me make design decisions, to ordering to delivery and install coordination, Chelsy made the process easy. The delivery and installation was flawless as well. The installers were kind, knowledgable and efficient. They showed up on time and start to finish took about 4 hours. Loved my experience with Apex Shed! I’m so happy with my “house” shed!!
Chelsy was great. The product/price very reasonable. Unfortunately the owner will not return your call if you have a problem. I paid for the kit to be delivered. It’s been a month and still missing parts of what I paid for. I continue to call but they are too busy to deliver the rest of my items.
Shed assembly was too hasty. Floorboards not aligned well in one corner, the screws for the hinges were placed too hastily and don't sit flush with the hardware, and there are nails from the roofing poking through the ceiling. Shed is sturdy enough and will serve its purpose but I shouldn't have nails poking through the ceiling of my shed.
We had Apex build a 12x16’ lean-to shed in our backyard to use as an art studio. Chelsy was very patient as we worked out the design details (which included a lot of extra windows), and the installation crew did a great job of putting it together. Pricing was competitive, and we are very happy with our new structure. Thank you!
