We had a terrible experience. Glue leaked through the marble throughout the home and it took over 12 months to get it repaired / replaced. It seemed we were the unfortunate victims in a battle between the glue company and Apex. Finally had the stone replaced, no offer of temporary accomodation or gesture of good will for the inconvenience, and we have ended up with a poor result in a very prominent position in our kitchen bench top. I would not recommend this company.

A very strange experience! We booked an appointment with Samantha which was very positive and informative. We explained that we were in a decision making phase and they needed to be fast with their estimate. We followed up several times by email and phone calls and there was no response whatsoever! We then sent an email some 3 weeks later telling them not to bother, as we ended up choosing a more responsive service provider. They didn't even bother to respond. Poor sales and support experience!
