A very strange experience! We booked an appointment with Samantha which was very positive and informative. We explained that we were in a decision making phase and they needed to be fast with their estimate. We followed up several times by email and phone calls and there was no response whatsoever! We then sent an email some 3 weeks later telling them not to bother, as we ended up choosing a more responsive service provider. They didn't even bother to respond. Poor sales and support experience!

We can’t rate Samantha and the team high enough. We are a builder, but this project was our own home. It was such a relief to be helped and guided from the beginning. Their knowledge and skill was excellent from sales, to templates and installers. Highly recommend and look forward to using them again.
