Adona and her team are awesome! The experience begins with a relaxed setting in a rural part of Herriman. I was treated by Amber who did a fantastic job. I have chronic tight muscles everywhere and she worked proficiently to loosen me up. She was very conscientious of my vulnerable shoulder injury and worked wonders on it. Highly recommend this place!

ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC!! I have seen both Adona and Liz and they were both fantastic. I recommend cupping if you get sore after massages.

I have been having some pretty sore muscles in my upper back. A friend recommend Apex Sports Message to me. I needed to get in BAD. They got me in the next day, and worked with my schedule. Ellie did a great job of making me feel better. I was relaxed, she was very easy to talk to, and I left feeling better already. I already booked my next appointment, and I can’t wait! I’m so glad that they are local too!
