If you’ve been living with headaches, migraines, back pain, or joint issues and feel like you’ve tried everything, read this. For years, I went to countless chiropractors for tension headaches, migraines, back problems, and in the last few years ankle pain. I was getting weekly adjustments just to keep the pain down but it never truly went away; it was even spreading to other areas of my back. I tried to get back into strength training to work on my weight, convinced that must be the cause, but even simple exercises hurt in ... read more

Worth every penny! Multiple back injuries and a nagging shoulder for years! I’ve done the physical therapy thing. Docs wanted to do surgery but I wasn’t ready to go that route. I was referred to Derron. I’m not gonna lie there was a bit of sticker shock at first! But he managed to do what nobody else could and that was make my back pain go away and stay away! I’ve never felt better and stronger. I didn’t even go to see him for my shoulder and he picked it out one day. I told him I had surgery on it but it still lingered occa... read more

Initial consultation with Dr. Darren last week and first session of 16 today. The combination of joint adjustments, ART and strength training are super rare to find all in one. Body is already responding and looking forward to the whole process. Dr. Darren is a pleasure to interact with and I feel fortunate to have found him and the Apex team.

Dr. Derron is amazing to work with he was able to identify what was causing shoulder pain for me and was able to set me up with exercises that helped target these issues. He also was able to show me how to make some tweaks with my back squat to eliminate back pain and hip pinching I was experiencing. Highly recommend visiting Dr Derron!!

Dr. Derron is top shelf when it comes to his line of work! I came to Apex Sport & Spine for work-focused occupational therapy, and it has been hands down worth the investment. I am a Dental Hygienist and am consistently working in odd positions 9-10 hours a day. I was experiencing pain/tingling throughout my hand and was concerned my career would be coming to an end. Not only has he fixed the issues I knew were holding me back and threatening my career, but he has gone above and beyond at working every area I have been exper... read more
