C’était mon premier essai aujourd’hui. Ils ont été vraiment accueillants, le coach Philippe, m’a super bien expliqué le fonctionnement de la place. L'endroit est vraiment propre! Bien hâte d’essayer d’autres cours. C’était une reprise à l'entraînement après 3 mois d’arrêt et le coach ne te pousse pas à bout, c’est vraiment le fun de pouvoir participer à un cours où tu peux respecter ton rythme personnel et te sentir confortable. Dans tous les cas, je recommande :)
