Not your “typical” chiropractor! I am so grateful that RJ helped me with 3 crazy back -to -back issues to get me healthy again! He worked with me to identify the root issue, preventing surgery; helped me heal from an auto accident injury ; and then a work related injury. I had such a wonderful experience working with Tim! I injured my lower back deadlifting and was given Apex's information as a referral. I was so impressed from my first visit with how thorough and educational Tim was. Through some exercises we got my pain down from an 8 to a 2 first session. I honestly couldn't believe it. Tim and Rj are very professional. I met with Tim today and he was so thorough in his assessment of what was going on with me. I had a few ribs that were not getting the right mobility. I have never had a chiropractor spend so much time with me. I left with education, tools, next steps and an adjustment. I feel well equipped to make the changes needed to ensure that I strengthen my weaknesses and use my body differently to optimize my mobility and health. Thank you Tim!
I have been to many physical therapy offices over the years and at Apex They truly take the time to listen to everything you have to say and consider all the angles of your physical issue. They have deep expertise in many areas to bring to the table and genuinely want to help you get to the best place possible. I worked with Dr. Sanders and he is very professional and knowledgeable and has helped me understand and overcome some very challenging issues I have battled for years. I highly recommend Apex!
I came in with neck and back pain and felt better after my first visit. The drs were very welcoming and knowledegable. They gave me exercises to do so i can stay healthy and out of pain. I highly recommend Apex Chiro!
