So thankful for my doc and the staff is very efficient
I have called this place SEVERAL times and NOBODY has ever answered the phone. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks every single day. I have left multiple voicemails and I am yet to speak to anyone. THIS PLACE either doesn’t care about their patients or they don’t care. There’s no in between apparently. Looking at the other multiple poop reviews tells me this is a regular occurrence 🙄😒
My husband is a patient who previously had surgery performed by Dr. Monroe and the outcome was very successful. However, he now requires an additional surgery which we have been attempting to coordinate for months. After being told we were simply waiting for the scheduler to set up the date for the procedure, weeks later we were told that one last authorization was required prior to scheduling. Dr. Qualley, the pain management specialist, is fabulous! I followed him from his last practice to this practice when he switched. The staff on the other hand, are incompetent, uncaring, unfriendly, and absolutely WILL NOT return phone calls. Their message to leave a voicemail states to not call multiple times as it will clog up their system. It's actually pretty rude. I couldn’t be happier with Apex Spine, the spinal cord stimulator implant from Dr Monroe was life changing, and now working with Dr Qualley I have been using the Butrans patch which is allowing me to manage my chronic pain better with less of a need for the Percocet pills. I’ve had them cut the strength of my percocet twice now in the the past several months due to the patch being so effective for me. I feel better for longer and I can see a point in the future where I will be able to cut the pills to “as needed” and out of ... read more
