I was in town for my Husband’s graduation. We drove from Florida so I googled a place to take a spin class. So happy I found this place! It was the perfect workout I needed after a long trip in the car! Hopefully I can get back there one day and take another class! Thanks again!
The most encouraging, motivating, and welcoming place in Auburn! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a variety of challenging yet fun workouts. There’s always something to look forward to at Apex!
This is the BEST gym!! The owners are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and motivating, and the classes are both challenging and adjustable to your personal level. They have built an amazing community focused on building up all people as a whole
Apex is INCREDIBLE! Literally incredible. From the first day coming I have felt so welcome and encouraged. To find that feeling in a gym.. is HARD. The variety of classes is sure to have something for everyone. They also have a sauna to get that extra sweat in after class. The spin classes are such a fun way to get your body moving. This place is the absolute best. For the longest time, I never worked out because I hated it. Then I found Apex and things changed. The owners, Becca and Mayda make everyone truly feel like they’re at home. Fast forward coming to apex for 2 years, I now look forward to working out. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The variety of classes, spin, barbell, Pilates, etc are all wonderful.
