This review is long overdue, but about a year and a half ago I had some questions for Apex Energy Tek about a purchase I was looking to make as part of a self-install of an EVSE. Apex was so helpful, specifically Abraham and Peter. I promised them an update and a review to express my gratitude and need to apologize for taking so long. The install went great and Apex was integral! Highly recommend! Thanks again!
“Quick, effective problem-solving” 1 2 3 4 5 I noticed a failure of our solar panels to communicate with the SolarEdge monitoring portal. Phil Oakes at Apex responded with advice on how to perform a "power cycle" on the Inverter. It took a day and a half for the procedure to work, but it did. Phil's messages were clear, thorough, and easy to follow. He answered all questions in a professional manner. Poor customer service. They now say that they won’t work on any other system unless they installed it. They over charge anyways. Google the lawsuits and bbb reviews. If you have a solar edge system then join the service plan offered and steer clear of this business.
