Had Energex come out middle of last year did there compliance check sent us a email about The GSD does not Ramp Down the inverter – so the DRM mode does not correctly instigate the correct DRM mode. Now no one can answer the phone. And no one reply from online request and email. Solar panel has problem but cannot get anyone to help for weeks.
Yes we have little to no bill but there’s more to solar than just your bill. We had solar installed last year when Energex came out they noted many non compliance issues, we notified Apex immediately and have never heard back. The inspection identified the following areas of non-compliance. -GSD not wired correctly -Device doesn't ramp down inverter -Generation Signal Device was incorrectly wired to the inverter and must be wired as per manufacturer instructions -The Generation Signal Device does not correctly instigate the ... read more
Damien was engaged to install a solar system on a job in Ascot. To this day he has not connected the system and it is not operational. The system has been installed for 6 months without being operational. Damien was paid in full & also collected the rebate from the government even though the system is not functional. When we contact him to connect the system he just makes excuses & we have had to commence legal proceeding's
