Now no one can answer the phone. And no one reply from online request and email. Solar panel has problem but cannot get anyone to help for weeks.
Yes we have little to no bill but there’s more to solar than just your bill. We had solar installed last year when Energex came out they noted many non compliance issues, we notified Apex immediately and have never heard back. Damien was engaged to install a solar system on a job in Ascot. To this day he has not connected the system and it is not operational. The system has been installed for 6 months without being operational. Damien was paid in full & also collected the rebate from the government even though the system is not functional. When we contact him to connect the system he just makes excuses & we have had to commence legal proceeding's
I have been waiting for 6month to replace my faulty inverter and it's been approved by sungrow and I have resorted to posting this to maybe get it fixed or consumer law next step for me.Apex please follow up and help me.
Damien was able to sort out my switchboard problems at the same time the solar was installed. The solar supplier didn't pass on that we had arranged the panels to go on the shed, not the house, but Matt and Jakey solved the problem and installed both the system on the garage and the new switchboard really quickly and efficiently.
