Highly recommend Apex Soft Tissue and Spine!! I have chronic neck issues, on going jaw tension, ear aches and shoulder issues that no one has been able to help with over the last 5 years. I have been seeing Chris for roughly 6 months now and in that time, my head aches and ears have gone, I don’t clench my jaw, my arms and collar bone feel longer and I have range of motion back in my neck. It has been fun unravelling the many layers to my long standing hip pain with Chris. Week on week the pain is reducing and less demanding of my attention. Its also a big relief to be at the gym with greater mobility and strength in that area.
