It has been fun unravelling the many layers to my long standing hip pain with Chris. Week on week the pain is reducing and less demanding of my attention. Its also a big relief to be at the gym with greater mobility and strength in that area. I can’t recommend seeing Chris enough. I literally spent over a year seeing multiple doctors, Chiro’s, Physio’s, acupuncture, massage, ENT’s, dentists and a neurologist for mystery neck, nose and face pain. Chris has a thorough approach and completely different approach to nerve pain and is not the back cracking type of Chiro.
