Scheduled an appt for my husband. Doctor said the results should be out 2-3 days. We phoned the reception after 3 days, they said the results was not in yet. Weekend passed they still dont have the results and told us to wait til the next day. We paid $230 for a marine medical but still no results yet. For the clinic: Make sure to communicate with each other so the information is accurate for the patients.
I really don’t understand why this clinic hasn’t done anything about the ongoing complaints regarding their scheduling. Nearly every review mentions the same issue — extremely long wait times and poor organization. You can have a 1:00 p.m. appointment and still sit in the waiting area for almost an hour, only to be called in and wait another 15–20 minutes in the room. By then, half your day is gone. Please dont waste your time here— I had immigration medical exam booked. Waited 1.5 hour just to get the blood work done (5 mins job). This place needs better doctors and better organization. Give your business to someone who actually care about your time and money. I do not recommend them.
I gave 1 star because there’s no 0 star. I had an appointment but I still waited for over 1 hour!!! So what’s the meaning of the APPOINTMENT???? What a waste of my time! Bad service, bad communication. DO NOT COME.
